Event Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction These terms and conditions apply to all participants attending MORA Master class (hereinafter referred to as “the Event”). By registering for or attending the Event, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Registration and Payment
Registration and Payment
- All participants must register for the Event through the official registration process.
- Payment of the registration fee is required to confirm participation. Payment must be made by the specified deadline, latest until and including 11.10.2024.
Cancellation Policy:
- In the event of cancellation by the organizer, participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee.
- Free cancellation by the participant is possible until and including 11.10.2024. After this date, cancellations will not be accepted, and no refunds will be issued.
3. Event Participation
- Participants must comply with all instructions provided by the Event organizers, including those related to health and safety.
- The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
- Participants are responsible for their own belongings. The organizer is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
4. Photography and Media
- The Event may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded by the organizer. By attending, participants consent to being photographed, filmed, and/or recorded.
- The organizer reserves the right to use any photographs, videos, or recordings for promotional, educational, or other purposes without compensation to participants.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content provided during the Event, including presentations, materials, and workshops, is the intellectual property of the organizer or respective speakers. Participants may not film or otherwise record, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without the prior written consent of the owner.
6. Event Changes and Cancellations
- The organizer reserves the right to modify the Event schedule, content, or location at any time without prior notice.
- In the event of cancellation by the organizer, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible and may be offered a refund or credit for future events.
7. Liability
- The organizer is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during the Event, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the organizer.
- Participants attend the Event at their own risk and are advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage if necessary.
8. Code of Conduct
- Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner at all times during the Event.
- Harassment, discrimination, or any form of abuse will not be tolerated. Violations may result in immediate removal from the Event without refund.
9. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Slovenia. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Maribor, Slovenia..
