Event Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions apply to all participants attending the MORA Masterclass (“the Event”). By registering for or attending the Event, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Registration and Payment
All participants must register through the official registration process. Payment of the registration fee is required to confirm participation and must be made by the specified deadline of October 11, 2024.
Cancellation Policy:

If the organizer cancels the Event, participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee.

Free cancellation by participants is available until October 11, 2024. After this date, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.
3. Event Participation
Participants must follow all instructions provided by the organizers, including health and safety guidelines. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive. Participants are responsible for their own belongings; the organizer is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
4. Photography and Media
The Event may be photographed, filmed, or recorded by the organizer. By attending, participants consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. The organizer may use these materials for promotional, educational, or other purposes without compensation.
5. Intellectual Property
All content provided during the Event, including presentations, materials, and workshops, is the intellectual property of the organizer or respective speakers. Participants may not record, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.
6. Event Changes and Cancellations
The organizer reserves the right to modify the schedule, content, or location of the Event at any time without prior notice. In case of cancellation by the organizer, participants will be notified as soon as possible and may receive a refund or credit for future events.
7. Liability
The organizer is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses during the Event, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. Participants attend at their own risk and are advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage if necessary.
8. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner throughout the Event. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of abuse will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal without refund.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Maribor, Slovenia.
